WHERE WERE YOU?

2021. CO-WRITER, CO-DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR 

My second and latest feature film, Where Were You?, is a quirky thriller that follows a group of teenagers implicated in a terrible murder. In order to prevent themselves from being charged, they must find out the truth about what happened, which reveals many devastating secrets. I made this movie with my longtime directing partner Magnus Fulton, and it was such a fantastic experience to film this movie in the weeks prior to us leaving for college. Make sure to check it out!

TECH WEEK

2019. WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR 

This past year I released my first feature film, Tech Week, a musical that takes place backstage of a youth theater performance! Here is a preview of the movie, which features our opening one-shot, the musical number titled "Tech Week!" I couldn't be more proud of our whole cast and crew, and especially this shot! ACROSS THE STREET

2018. WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR 

This musical one shot follows a teenager on Halloween night. After a bag of candy is stolen from him, he goes on a crazy and bizarre adventure to retrieve it! This newly released short film will leave you ready to celebrate Halloween and the craziness that comes along with it! This was used as my Visual Sample for my USC School of Cinematic Arts application (accepted), and since been selected into sixteen film festivals around the country!

MEMORIES
OF THE MIRAGE

2021. WRITER, DIRECTOR

Filmed as a New Media project for CTPR 294 at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, this short poetry film grapples with themes of isolation and claustrophobia as we follow a girl trapped in a futuristic reality, attempting to figure out the purpose of her existence. This film was made in accordance with all of USC's Covid-19 filming protocols.

THE BARTENDER

Filmed as my final project for CTPR 290 at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, this experimental film follows a night at a bar and its mysterious bartender! This fun short will be sure to put you in a New York state of mind, while forcing you to question our culture of alcoholism. This film was made in accordance with all of USC's Covid-19 filming protocols.

ROOM 3157

This short follows a girl on the run, with a massive secret, as she checks into a hotel and attempts to find her room. In the hallways of the hotel, she is haunted by and forced to confront her past actions! Shot as a project for CTPR 290 at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, this spooky short film was made in accordance with all of USC's Covid-19 filming protocols. I HAVE NO TIME FOR YOUR NEGATIVE BULLSHIT

This quirky short film follows a workaholic businessman who grapples with his loneliness amidst a recent breakup. Filmed as a project for CTPR 290 at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, this film was shot in accordance with all of USC's Covid-19 filming protocols. Make sure to check out the film here!!

CTPR 285

2020. WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR 

In my first production class at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, CTPR 285, I directed a handful of short films about a variety of topics! From serious dramas about romance and current events to a biting satire on teen culture amidst the coronavirus pandemic, these shorts offer a wide range of emotions and genres. BLOOD ORANGE

2021. DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY, EDITOR 

This 10 minute short follows a young Black man as he moves into his new house, and is confronted with the reality that he is next in a line of spiritual serial murders by his white realtor. Filmed as a Narrative project for CTPR 294 at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, this horror-thriller directed by Brandon Ortiz and written by Ortiz and Munachimso Mbaezue, seeks to address important social issues along with its fair share of genre elements!

BEACHBALLS &

TABLECLOTHS

2018. CO-WRITER, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, EDITOR 

Filmed for the Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project in 2018, this 7 minute short film was written, filmed and edited over the course of 48 hours, and features three teenagers stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with no gas left in their car, and only beachballs and tablecloths in their trunk! Named an Audience Award Winner at the 48 Hour Film Festival, this comedic tale offers laughs, fun and great twists!
